I have been involved with all divisional characteristics of the residential-commercial building and real estate related industry's for 34 years. I have an architectural, design and mechanical education with hands-on experiences along side of an extensive tenure in relationship to business ownership, the real estate agent sector, as well as, the food service/hospitality industry. By that; I have generated a protective personal posture that I adhere to for service priorities I give to my customer . My hands-on involvements in all stages of structure design, implementation and finish have exposed my professional operations to the informative experiences that will not be found in books. Updates to the practices of the past are how from within we build to make improvements. Therefore I maintain a study practice for the knowledge of our industry's changing issues with a continued education process. You can call me now to schedule. Generally 24-72 hours is the lead time I try to work with for scheduling. However, it is to your advantage to have my inspection immediately after your contract is accepted. Your having this information immediately will give you more time should you want to have cost estimates to better address your position.

You can be assured that At the Time of Inspection (A.T.O.I.) you will receive; i] Qualified property history information with a vocal interpretation for your understanding of those conditions as they exist and the workmanship quality. ii] A specifically detailed, hand-written report that represents the property and structure A.T.O.I. You will not be given a coined/standardized computer statement, rather your information will be clarified in a legible-hand printed-complete form. The ASC reporting forms content have been approved and identified, by industry branded affiliations and educational systems, to exceed all industry standards! iii] Your inspection service report will have as a feature a “Report Summary” page for your convenience to address issues or as an aide in prioritizing the issues we have reviewed. Additionally; the purpose of my (once exclusive) alphabetical outline is that it is organized for quick reference, or in a situation of any optional negotiable issues will easily stand out. Then, the outline should be used as a to-do/completion list to create the deferred maintenance schedule and calendar for your new property.
