On the left are the wide-ranging areas we investigate in our reporting.  Be assured that At the Time of Inspection (A.T.O.I.)  you will receive;

  • i] Qualified property history information data about those conditions created prior to and that should be present the day of our inspection. 
  • ii] A specifically designed and detailed hand-written report that represents the property and structure A.T.O.I..   
You will not be given coined/standardized computer statements, rather; A.T.O.I. your information will be 2 report copies that are clarified in a complete legible-hand printed-form that relates explicitly to only the inspected property. The asc reporting forms content have been identified, approved and are regarded  with out exception to exceed all industry criteria standards by national branded industry affiliations and educational systems.
  • iii] Your inspection service report will have as a feature our “Property Information Summary” page for your convenience as an aide in prioritizing property issues.  The balance of your outline can be as a to-do/completion check list at the same time creating a deferred maintenance calendar every new property should have.
  • As well; I will help you understand your options when those imaginative ideas of improvement or alteration become thought.
