Walter Kunstmann has been a part of the Pikes Peak Region construction and real estate marketplace for more that 34 years. After a previous career in manufacturing representation and fast food consulting, he moved his family to this area in 1976. His former education in architecture, design and mechanical floor plan functions prepared him well for the transition into the building industry. Wally has earned certifications in most categories of building products and cost specifications. He is very familiar with both residential and commercially rated types of the various materials used in buildings in this area. With this information and experience, Wally has been an invaluable asset to his clients. He has been instrumental in many adjustments, fixes and re-installations all types of building products. His skills, his open communication with clients and the thoroughness of his work have earned him the highest level of trust in Southern Colorado.

Wally created Assisted Services Co, Inc. in 1996 in order to manage asset property and the associated services for his clients. At the same time, ASC Property Information Systems was established for consumer real estate inspections. As a client you will have the best compilation of real education and experience. He does not subscribe to an "in and out quickly" policy. His inspections are extremely thorough and he is available to his clients throughout the process to ensure they have the comprehensive knowledge they need.
